Op ed piece of year round schooling

Writers stance: Not exactly for year round schooling, but schooling should be on a quarterly schedule.

Th writer states that our school shouldnt be yearly, but quartery. I question this becasue she goes on to state that the students would get a brain break and the teachers would bet professional development. I question this becasue what kind of DEvelopemnt would they get and what the cost would be on this "quarterly schedule. I beleive the writer also tries to state that we should pay whatever the price is to make the change.

Im not sure if i would use this source because its faily short and shes unclear on really what shes trying to say. First she starts off saying that there should be some sort of yearly schooling implemeneted becasue its not like the old days where the children need 3 months to help their family crops, but then she states she isnt proposing yearly schooling, she wants quarterl, whatever that means.
